Seabreeze Home Watch & Concierge is locally owned and operated by Marielle & Pete Hinson who live in Grande Dunes, Myrtle Beach, SC year-round. They take pride in their Accreditation with the NHWA, ensuring they have been fully vetted, background checked, insured, bonded, and licensed. Our mission is to provide you with exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Marielle was born and lived in NYC until age 7, then raised in Marlboro, NJ, and attended college in Boston, MA. After living in Boston for 10 years, she moved in Dover, NH for 30 years. Marielle moved south with her son in 2014 where she met Pete, a southern native, born and raised in Fort Mill, SC who has twins (son & daughter).
Pete & Marielle married in 2015 and lived in the Fort Mill area until purchasing their home in Del Webb Grande Dunes in 2023. Between them they have 2 sons, 1 daughter, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, 4 grandsons and 2 miniature Australian Shepherds and absolutely love Grande Dunes and all it has to offer!
